This is an opportunity to join a highly regarded

Commercial Real Estate team

within a leading Irish commercial law firm. The team advises a diverse client base across a broad range of sectors and continues to be involved in some of the most significant property and development transactions in the market.

You will work closely with Partners and a large multidisciplinary team, collaborating regularly with colleagues across planning, infrastructure, banking, corporate, and energy teams on complex transactions and projects.

The successful candidate will be involved in:

Advising on

commercial property acquisitions and disposals .

Acting for landlords and tenants across a broad range of leasing and advisory matters.

Supporting development and investment transactions from inception through to completion.

Working closely with banking and finance teams on secured lending transactions.

Advising on security documentation and related property support matters.

Collaborating with the Corporate team on transactional support work.

Managing client relationships and delivering commercially focused advice.

The Person

Experience handling all stages of commercial property transactions.

Exposure to banking and security transactions.

Strong drafting and technical skills.

Commercial awareness and a practical approach to problem solving.

Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Confidence managing competing deadlines and priorities.

A proactive approach to client relationship management.
