Human Resources Business Partner | Dublin 2 (Hybrid 3 days onsite 2 wfh) A growing organisation in Dublin city centre is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to join its collaborative People&Culture team. This is a broad HR role with strong exposure across people operations, recruitment, employee engagement, internal communications and culture initiatives. The position would suit a proactive HR professional who enjoys partnering with managers, improving processes and helping drive a positive employee experience across the business.Key areas of responsibility include: Supporting end-to-end recruitment and onboarding Partnering with managers on day-to-day HR matters HR operations, systems and workforce reporting Employee engagement and culture initiatives Performance management and employee relations support Continuous improvement and process enhancement projectsThe ideal candidate will have: Previous HR generalist or HRBP experience Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Experience supporting recruitment and people operations Strong organisational skills and attention to detail A proactive, solutions-focused approach Hybrid working | Dublin City Centre
