Our client in Cork city is looking for a proactive and solutions-focused Digital Bookkeeper who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys solving complex challenges. Youll work alongside passionate professionals, build meaningful client relationships, and deliver insights that help businesses grow. This role goes far beyond data entry its about understanding clients, improving systems, and contributing to a high-performing team. Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality bookkeeping services, including bank and control account reconciliations, VAT return preparation, and maintaining accurate financial records across multiple clients. Enhance and correct client bookkeeping systems, using tools such as Dext and other digital apps to improve efficiency and streamline workflows. Manage workload effectively, planning and organising your time to maximise productivity while upholding the firms standards, policies, and professional ethics. Provide excellent client service, communicating clearly, drafting commercially appropriate correspondence, and consistently earning strong feedback from clients and colleagues.
