O’Sullivan’s Pharmacy is now recruiting a full-time, permanent OTC Assistant to join our welcoming Wilton team inCork. What We Offer

A stable, permanent full-time position

39–40 hours per week across 5 days

Which includes:

Every second Saturday

One 1pm–9pm shift per week

One Sunday every 4 weeks (12-6pm)

A supportive, friendly team environment

Opportunities to learn, grow, and develop your pharmacy knowledge

Your Role

Ensure the smooth running of the OTC and cosmetics area

Assist customers with queries, concerns, and product recommendations

Provide exceptional customer service at all times

Support stock management, merchandising, and daily store operations

Who We’re Looking For

Customer‑focused with a warm, approachable manner

Confident working in a busy, fast‑paced environment

Calm under pressure and able to multi‑task

Detail‑oriented with strong organisational skills

A great communicator with excellent interpersonal skills

Professional, friendly, and a strong team player

Motivated, proactive, and full of initiative

Experienced with OTC medicines (an advantage, but not essential)
