Pensions Administrator, Malahide

Aramark are currently recruiting for a Group Pensions Administrator to join the team in Dublin on a specific purpose contract of up to 18 months. The role will be part of the HR team working alongside payroll & Total Reward. They will be required to manage all the pensions schemes activities while conducting a comprehensive review of all pension arrangements across the businesses to ensure ongoing regulatory compliance, with recommendations for any necessary changes or realignment to best meet business and employee needs. They will be responsible for the processing of pension data and deliver excellent service to employees and managers across the ROI & NI.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage all pension schemes across the business in ROI & NI. Mainly defined contributions pension.
• Liaise with employees, pension providers and internal stakeholders.
• Set up new joiners to the pension scheme.
• Administer starters leavers and changes to the varied pension schemes.
• Management Auto Enrolment in ROI and any engagement with NAERSA
• Management of Auto Enrolment in Northern Ireland
• Provide final pensionable pay figures for leavers.
• Respond to all pension queries in accordance with existing SLA's.
• Run and manage required pension reports
• Reconcile and arrange payment of pension contributions.
• Maintain all pension records in relevant system.
• Ensure compliance with pensions and payroll legislation.
• Ensure compliance to meet audit requirements.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 3-5 years' experience in managing pensions
• Experience within the ROI and NI market preferable
• Knowledge of Pension legislation.
• Excellent PC skills (Word, Excel).
• Knowledge of ITrent or similar HR & Payroll System.
• Excellent Communication Skills.
• Problem Solver who is adaptable and can embrace change.
• Experience of working with confidential information.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise own workload.
