We have grown significantly in recent years and have an ambitious development plan for the next 5 years.We have a position for a Sales Executive to add to our team. The role is responsible for driving revenue by identifying opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Building technical knowledge and understanding of customer testing requirements Identifying potential customers and developing strategies to generate leads.Reach customers through various channels including cold calling and email campaigns Arranging meetings with and making outbound calls to new customers Responding to sales inquiries from website lead generation forms Building relationships with customers to encourage repeat business Generating new business in both Irish and overseas marketsIssuing quotations for new business Follow up and track progress on previous quotes Feedback requests from customers for new services to Business Development Manager Tracking sales performance, preparing reports, and forecasting future sales. Handover new business to Customer Service team Meet or exceed individual and sales team targets.Attendance at trade events and industry seminars Maintaining accurate records Ensuring customers get what they want on time. Liaise with CustomerServices on a regular basis. Bachelor’s degree in business, sales or marketing 2/3 years’ experience in a similar role. Proven ability to identify customer needs and present solutions.Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets. Strong communication skills– both verbal and written. Strong numerical skills. Good interpersonal skills Fluent in English both written and spoken. A good team player and works well in a team environment. Highly organised, with good time management skills.Ability to build and maintain client relationships Good negotiating and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative Ability to adapt and be resilient.
