Description
We are looking for an exceptional Patient Coordinator to carry out administrative duties and to provide a professional and friendly atmosphere for our patients in our Drogheda location. Understanding the importance of thorough follow‑up communications and delivering on set targets.
This role requires communication across various social channels, email and over the phone, and flexibility. It is a part‑time position (2 days a week – Monday and Wednesday).
Key Responsibilities
Diary Management: Scheduling appointments, assisting patients with all queries via phone, messages and e‑mail, and back‑filling any cancellations with our patient priority list.
Patient Communication: Calls, maintenance of messages and e‑mail inboxes; delivering five‑star customer service by welcoming patients, checking them in, ensuring they have a comfortable, safe and enjoyable visit, and assisting with check‑out.
Team Support: Covering team member absences, flexibility with annual leave, and covering alternative locations when required; expenses such as travel and accommodation are covered where necessary.
Ordering: Ensuring the clinic is kept clean and well‑stocked, completing stocktaker’s and providing order requirements to your manager.
Policies: Upholding and adhering to all policies and procedures, including health‑safety measures (PPE), team relations and GDPR.
AD‑HOC: Performing all duties related to opening and closing the clinic and completing any reasonable tasks assigned.

Qualifications
Experience: Customer Service 3+ years.
Clinic experience would be an advantage.
Experience with KPI’s desirable.
Education: Leaving Certificate; Medical Admin or Dental Nursing qualification an advantage.

Job type: Part‑time, 2 days a week (Monday and Wednesday) with a 6‑month probationary period.
Salary:€14.15 – €16.00 per hour.
Benefits: Employee discount (T&Cs).
Training: On our sales process, systems and treatments.
Location: Drogheda.
