Construction Project Manager, Drogheda

Construction Project Manager We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to work on a Datacentre Project in Drogheda. The successful Senior Project Manager will be responsible for the CSA packages and contribute to the successful completion of this large scale project for a blue‑chip client.

Responsibilities

Full accountability for project delivery from start to finish.

Manage all phases of the project lifecycle, including specification development, procurement, design, construction, commissioning, and handover.

Coordinate with the design team, subcontractors, utility providers, adjoining property owners, and local authorities to ensure seamless project progress.

Collaborate closely with internal teams such as commercial, finance, and technical departments to meet project milestones and financial targets.

Oversee the full snagging, de‑snagging, and lock‑up protocols are completed for all internal fit‑out works through to final build completion.

Requirements

Degree qualified in a relevant field.

5+ years’ experience as a Project Manager on large building projects in Ireland or the UK, preferably with a top contractor.

Datacentre Project Management Experience required.

Minimum 7 years of experience with a main contractor in Ireland or the UK.
