What You’ll Be Doing

Leading the day-to-day operations of residential services in line with HIQA standards and the Health Act Driving the delivery of safe, high-quality, person-centred careEnsuring full compliance with all regulatory and organisational requirements ️Inspiring, supporting, and developing staff teams to thrive Building strong relationships with families, multidisciplinary teams, and key stakeholdersChampioning best practice in care planning, risk management, and continuous improvement

What You Bring

Nursing Degree with NMBI registration (or eligibility) OR a Level 8 Degree in Social CareAt least 3 years’ management experience in health or social careA recognised management qualification (minimum Level 6 NFQ)Strong knowledge of HIQA standards, person-centred planning, and clinical governanceExperience supporting individuals with intellectual disabilitiesFull eligibility to work in Ireland
