Project Manager, Drogheda

Overview An emerging Design&Build Construction Management Company that collaborates with its sister company, a successful multi‑disciplinary Design Consultancy company. This enables them to offer a complete Design&Build Service, partnering with Public and Private Clients to take projects from pre‑planning through to turnkey finish all under one roof.

With a significant pipeline of work, they are quickly becoming one of Ireland’s top Design&Build Group.

Responsibilities You will be responsible for the delivery of a 200+ unit project in Drogheda, coordinating a team and overseeing project quality to ensure build quality meets expectations, confirming project costs are managed, prelims/packages are tightly controlled, and effectively working with the commercial team to deliver agreed commercial objectives for the development.

Required Experience

Further education in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture

10+ years’ experience in the industry

Excellent organisational skills with an ability to achieve project deadlines

Maintain positive relationship with the client and on-site construction team

Track record in managing site teams and sub-contractors

Strong awareness of commercial elements of projects

Must have full awareness of Irish Building Regulations

Full proficiency in Microsoft Project (desirable)

Must have full Irish driving licence

Must hold full eligibility to work in Ireland
