The projects are in the range of€0.5m to €10m and would suit a talented Foreman interested in advancing their career.

Role description:

Support the management of the day to day operation of the complete construction project from start to handover

Completing daily / weekly check lists for Site Management

Manage the trades on site

Supervise Health and Safety and ensure all protocols are met

Managing traffic on site

Complete site inductions.

Attend site management meetings.

Complete the daily site diary, allocation sheets, time sheets, record of labour, progress report sheets, plant returns, material returns and local site purchase sheets.

Suitable candidates should have:

A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role with a Main Contractor working in Residential/Housing schemes

Degree or trade qualified is essential

Be able to communicate well and demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of construction practices, trades and techniques

Have clear understanding of current regulations both construction and health and safety

Experience in management of Quality on site

A track record in delivering projects on time and on budget

Have basic computing skills as a minimum / working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Be able to demonstrate methods to maintain and run projects efficiently

A full clean European driver’s license

The ability to work as part of a team

The ability to meet deadlines

Excellent numeracy and computer skills
