We are seeking a highly skilled Techno-Functional Lead with VAM and Flexcube experience. As a Techno-Functional Lead, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between technology and business requirements. This position is based in Dublin, Ireland location.

Qualifications and Skills

• Knowledge of Oracle Flexcube core banking, Virtual Account management (VAM).
• Techno functional role to understand business requirement from stakeholders, design and implementation.
• To create, assign and track the project [module] work plans for delivery and also provide technical guidance for work completion.
• Hands on experience in SQL and JAVA
• 4 to 6 years of experience as a Techno-Functional Lead or a similar role
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
