Chef de Partie (Hospitality, Tourism & Travel Jobs), Dublin

Rose & Rhubarb Ind Ltd, t/a The Pepperpot Cafe wishes to recruit a Chef de Partie with the following
requirements:

-Four years of experience in similar position
-Gastronomy degree in International cuisine
-Experience in sourdough and traditional baking
-Excellent communication skills with a good command of the English language.
-Experience with catering and menu creation
-Extensive knowledge of kitchen management and health/food safety procedures
-Proficiency in Spanish, French or Portuguese preferred
-Excellent leadership, organisational and interpersonal skills
-Able to work as part of a diverse and multinational team

Ideal candidate must be able to create, cook and present a range of international cuisine. Must be
able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to perform other duties as assigned by the Head
Chef. Must be passionate about food and presentation and must adhere to health and food safety
procedures.

Applicants must be legally entitled to work full time within Ireland and the EU

Hours: 39 hours/week
Salary: 34K/year
