Navan . They’re now looking to hire an

Experienced Insurance Agent

— someone with experience in the industry who’s ready to take the next step in their career. About the role: This is a

fully office-based role , but it's important to say— this isn’t a call centre setup. You’ll be working face-to-face with customers who call into the office, as well as handling calls and enquiries from existing and new clients. You’ll be helping people with

new quotes ,

policy changes ,

MTAs , and queries about

renewals . You’ll be dealing with

car, home, and commercial vehicle insurance

— so ideally, you’ll have worked in a similar personal lines role before. Advising clients on car, home, and commercial vehicle policies Handling new business quotes, payments, and customer queries (phone and walk-in) Working as part of a supportive, high-performing team in-office Engaging with both new and existing clients (renewals and MTAs)Your profile: This role would suit someone who’s

already working in insurance , either with a broker or an insurer, and is looking for that next opportunity in a busy but supportive environment. What you’ll need: At least

1 year’s experience

in an insurance role (broker or insurer) Actively working towards your

APA qualification

through the Insurance Institute A background in

sales

and a genuine interest in helping people Comfortable working as part of a team, and happy to meet customers face-to-face A bit about the company: Salary range depending on experience:€30,000 - €35,000 Pension contribution 20 days annual leave Full support with APA exams and CPD 2 officesStrong, loyal client base— some customers have been with them over 15 years Well-known locally for great service and customer care They’ve acquired and grown through other brokerages, always keeping a people-first approach.
