Overview
Business Development Representative Benelux Market (English-speaking) Location: Fully remote in Ireland or hybrid in our Dublin office. The role involves seeking out and engaging“good fit” companies through strategic prospecting, leveraging HubSpot’s existing leads and generating new interest via calls, emails, and social media messages. You will learn about prospects’ business challenges to determine whether HubSpot is a suitable solution and communicate HubSpot’s value to qualified prospects for deeper conversations with an Account Executive.You will have a working relationship with 2-3 Account Executives. Each day you will collaborate with the Account Executives you support and fellow BDRs to develop strategies for uncovering new opportunities. Responsibilities
Conduct high volume prospecting for qualified leads (new users and potential customers). Work closely and collaboratively with Account Executives to develop and implement appropriate prospect strategies and plans. Schedule online product demonstrations for qualified leads while aiming to meet monthly goals.Understand customers’ needs and challenges using sales methodologies, e.g. BANT. Carry out market research to broaden the HubSpot customer base. Qualifications
The desire and commitment to be in Tech Sales. Sales/prospecting experience and experience working in a high-growth, scale-up environment is a plus but not required. Fluency in English. A sharp focus on goals and a strong drive to achieve them. The ability to handle objections and be coachable.Strong organizational and time management skills.
