Financial Services Administrator– Life, Pensions&Investments, Dublin South

Our client is a dynamic pension and investment brokerage regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland. They operate as an independent entity within a forward-thinking firm of Chartered Accountants. Their growing team includes two principal directors and nine talented professionals, all working from our modern office in Sandyford.They are now looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Financial Services Administrator to join the team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in the Irish financial services industry to build a rewarding career in a professional, client-focused environment. Key Responsibilities:Administration and servicing of life assurance policies Processing and managing pension scheme documentation and queries Preparing and reviewing investment portfolio valuations Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements (Central Bank of Ireland guidelines) Supporting sales and advisory teams with client onboarding and follow-upsLiaising with life companies to ensure timely processing of new and existing business Managing client queries with professionalism and efficiency Maintaining accurate records and updating internal CRM systems Candidate Requirements: QFA qualification (minimum requirement) 2+ years of relevant experience in a life&pensions brokerage, life office, or bank Strong knowledge of Irish life assurance, pension, and investment products Exceptional attention to detail and high standards of client service Strong organisational and communication skills Ability to work well both independently and as part of a collaborative teamProficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM/database systems Salary&Benefits: Competitive salary of€40,000 – €50,000, depending on experience Discretionary annual bonus Hybrid working model (after onboarding period) Generous pension scheme CPD support and funding for further professional development Modern, well-connected office environment in SandyfordA supportive and friendly team culture focused on personal and professional growth If you’re passionate about delivering exceptional financial services and looking for a long-term role in a professional and supportive firm, please reach out to Katie Garvey.
