Produce high-quality components safely, accurately, and in line with production targets Operate and maintain machinery according to work instructions Work closely with your team to support continuous improvement and best practices Carry out visual inspections and testing of products on the lineKeep work areas clean, safe, and hazardfree Maintain documentation in an organised and compliant manner Report and resolve quality and production issues with your Cell Leader Contribute to site EHS (Environment, Health&Safety) initiatives and follow all safety procedures Participate in projects and other duties as needed This is a handson role in a busy production environment - perfect for someone who enjoys teamwork and problem-solving. What We're Looking For

You don't need years of experience - just the right attitude and willingness to learn. Basic English communication skills Experience in manufacturing or machine operation (advantage but not essential) Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills A commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvementIf you've worked in a production or factory setting before, great - if not, we'll provide training.
