We are looking for a Lead Early Year’s Educator who enjoys working outdoors in a nature based setting.
The ideal candidate will:
Enjoy being outdoors in all types of weather and have the ability to adapt to changing weather conditions.
Play a key role in planning and documenting within a child‑led curriculum which fosters creativity, curiosity and confidence while placing a high value on outdoor learning and play.
Be enthusiastic and willing to learn while building new skills within the outdoor learning environment.
Qualifications Required Hold a minimum QQI Level 6 award in Early Years Care and Education or QQI in level 7 or 8.
