Your role As a Spray Painter / Panel Beater Technician, you will play a key role in maintainingthe appearance, safety, and roadworthiness of our vehicles. Your work will directly support fleet availability and ensure our vehicles meet thehigh standardsexpected by our drivers, passengers, and regulators.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Carrying out professional spray painting and panel beating on all vehicle types
Completing de-tar’ingand body repairs asrequired
Performing routine and non-routine maintenance and repairs on PSVs
Preparing and presenting vehicles for MOT/CVRT
Diagnosing and resolving bodywork and cosmetic defects
Completing all job cards, inspections, and defect rectification paperwork accurately
Liaising with the parts department to source required components
Supporting colleagues across the engineering and driving teams
Maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant working environment
Attending to unscheduled maintenance issues both on and off site
Whatyou’ll need
Formal, industry-recognised qualifications in panel beating / spray painting
Proven technical competence across body repair and paintwork
A strong focus on safety, quality, and attention to detail
The ability to work independently and solve problems as they arise
A flexible, proactive approach and positive attitude
Flexibility to support weekend work whenrequired
Full driving licence (essential)
Commercial licence an advantage (training can be provided)
