ALTO Investment Relationship Manager M/F Business Type Asset Management
Contract Type Permanent Contract
Job Summary We are looking for a candidate with experience in delivering relationship and commercial capacity in outsourced Technology and/or Service provision offerings within the Investment Funds or Asset Management Industries. The role involves maintaining the strategic relationship with the client's C-level, acting as the customer’s trusted advisor and facilitating strategic dialogue with Amundi Technology. You will ensure customer satisfaction and the achievement of their objectives on the platform, and be responsible for the up‑selling and cross‑selling of customer portfolios between Amundi Technology’s various offerings (ALTO Invest, ALTO Asset Servicing, ALTO Wealth Management).
Primary Responsibilities
Establish and maintain a relationship of trust with customer C‑levels, enabling the development of success plans and sales strategies for each account.
Analyze customer requests and propose appropriate solutions in collaboration with Product and business line teams, focusing on continuous improvement.
Act as the first level of escalation for customer requests and tickets in close collaboration with ALTO Customer Support.
Maintain up‑to‑date customer profiles, providing an overview of strengths, development areas, and satisfaction levels through regular updates.
Coordinate monitoring of service quality by chairing customer committees (Quality Committees, ad‑hoc monitoring committees) and ensuring timely KPI production and reporting for the teams involved.
Ensure completion of due diligence questionnaires with the support of business lines and the Customer Support team.
Follow up invoicing according to customer-specific agreements, participating in invoicing follow‑up committees and acting as a liaison for the Accounting team.
Feed customer data and visit reports into the CRM tool.
Update the customer’s KYC file, collecting all required documents and entering the information into the tool.
Negotiate and coordinate all aspects of the contractual relationship, from taking over the file after Sales onboarding to launching new products.
Qualifications
Customer focus: genuine understanding of customer needs, building strong relationships and delivering high quality personalised service.
Ability to translate Amundi Technology’s offerings into value for customers.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, verbally and in writing, across hierarchical levels.
Analytical skills: build and analyse customer satisfaction metrics, identify trends and drive informed decisions.
Effective coordination with multiple internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth activity completion.
Strong influence, negotiation and consensus‑building skills.
Demonstrated empathy for customers and passion for revenue and growth.
Excellent organisation and time‑management skills, with a high level of precision and rigor in administrative processes.
Capacity to manage multiple requests and projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in finance, mathematics, physics, computer science or related fields.
Experience within the asset‑management industry or FinTech supporting financial services.
Combined background in post‑sale and sales roles.
Knowledge of the investment value chain and front‑to‑back office processes.
Technical Skills Required Proficiency in CRM tools, data analysis, and familiarity with investment and technology solutions such as ALTO Invest and ALTO Asset Servicing.
