This Work Placement Experience Programme provides participants with an opportunity to gain meaningful work experience, learning, and training while on the programme. It is open to jobseekers who are in receipt of qualifying social welfare payments and to those transferring from a social welfare scheme or an ETB Training Allowance. Eligibility will be verified by the Department as part of the application process.

Job Description Participants will be shown how to handle staff and client inquiries, follow up on tasks, and provide updates on projects where applicable. They will learn how to liaise with our projects team, customers, and support team, and update the specific tasks. They will receive assistance, training, and help enhance software solutions across our technology ecosystem to drive efficiency and improve customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Shadow the software and support teams to understand workflows.

Assist with documentation and basic system updates.

Support company staff and client inquiries under supervision.

Observe integrations, AI tools, and CRM processes without taking part in development.

Help with data entry, reporting, or administrative tasks related to projects.

Training and Role Description The candidate will receive formal training in:

Cisco Certified Support Technician: Cybersecurity (10‑week course access)

Health&Safety

CRM System (Salesforce)

Informal training will cover:

Our current support and CRM systems.

Professional development support and learning resources.
