About Taysey Leadership Network Taysey Leadership Network (TLN) is an Ireland-registered, mission-led organisation committed to empowering minoritised communities through leadership development, education, advocacy, and strategic partnerships.

TLN delivers conferences, leadership programmes, youth initiatives, and policy-focused engagements across Ireland and internationally, including the UK and the United States.

TLN is governed by a Board of Directors operating under the Companies Act 2014.

Board meetings are held on a

hybrid basis .

The Role TLN is seeking a

Treasurer

to provide Board-level oversight of financial governance, controls, and sustainability.

This role supports the Board in ensuring financial integrity and long-term viability.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee financial governance, controls, and reporting

Review budgets, financial statements, and cashflow

Support audit readiness and financial compliance

Advise the Board on financial risks and implications

Engage with the Finance&Audit Committee in an oversight capacity

Skills and Experience

Professional background in finance, accounting, or senior financial management

Understanding of financial governance and risk

Prior Board or committee experience desirable

Time Commitment

Four Board meetings per year (hybrid)

Occasional committee engagement
