Assisting in the smooth and efficient operation of the kitchens to ensure a consistent reputation for food quality is always maintained. Ensuring the planning, preparation, cooking and presentation of food is always to the highest standard. Implementing and verifying quality standards, procedures and daily checking procedures.Monitoring stock control and stock ordering policies. Maintaining a safe environment in compliance with health, safety, fire, hygiene and security legislation and company policies. Updating HACCP records. Ensuring security of kitchen and storage areas is maintained at all times and promoting a harmonious working environment.Other reasonable requests made by Unit Manager. The Person

Must be able to work alternate weekends. Experience in a similar role. Food Hygiene Level 3 qualified. Leads by example and lives our values. Enthusiastic and passionate about customer service and reputation. Self‑motivated, works independently and on own initiative.
