Production Operative, Dublin

Key Responsibilities

Cutting and trimming meat to exact specifications

Adjusting machinery settings to meet product requirements

Inspecting products for quality, including size, weight, color, and packaging

Identifying faults and resolving or reporting issues promptly

Preparing goods for dispatch, including packing, labeling, and wrapping

Supporting goods in/goods out processes

Maintaining strict food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards

Performing additional tasks as trained and required

Ideal Candidate

Strong communication skills, capable of communicating confidently internally and externally

Good team‑working skills with the ability to participate in a team atmosphere through hard work, calmness, tolerance, and consistency

Able to work within an established framework and cope with pressure, taking responsibility for decisions and working unsupervised on personal initiative

Strong attention to detail and ability to report accurately

Excellent people skills, ability to listen and learn from constructive criticism

Tactical thought process, able to challenge convention and identify alternative ways of working

Relationship builder with the ability to build and develop strong personal relationships with customers and internally within the company

IT literate at a relevant level for the scope of the role

High levels of professionalism, integrity, and ethical awareness

Determined and resilient, with the drive to complete tasks

Passion for better food and for engineering maintenance
