Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and elevate our brand across Ireland and international markets. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies in collaboration with the sales team, managing digital campaigns, generating leads and strengthening our market presence in the fast‑growing drone services industry.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive B2B and B2C marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.

Identify target industries and customer segments to prioritise in campaigns.

Digital Marketing

Manage SEO, PPC, email marketing and social media to generate and convert leads.

Oversee the company’s website content and performance.

Content Creation

Create and manage content that showcases our drone capabilities (videos, case studies, blog posts, whitepapers, etc.).

Collaborate with the operations team to gather visual assets from drone projects.

Brand&PR

Build and maintain a consistent brand image across all platforms.

Identify and pursue PR opportunities, partnerships and speaking engagements at industry events.

Campaign Management

Plan and execute integrated marketing add campaigns for new services, geographic expansion or vertical‑specific offers.

Analytics&Reporting

Use tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot or similar platforms to measure and report on KPIs.

Make data‑driven decisions to optimise campaigns and marketing ROI.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.

3‑5 years experience in a marketing role, ideally in technology, drone services or related B2B industries.

Proven success with digital marketing campaigns and lead generation.

Strong content creation and copywriting skills.

Understanding of drone technology and relevant industries (construction, agriculture, infrastructure) is a strong plus.

Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, start‑up‑like environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with Irish and EU drone regulations and market trends.

Experience working with agencies or freelance creatives (video editors, designers, etc.).

Passion for innovation and emerging technologies.
