Your Role:

Deliver excellent customer service to Polish-speaking clients through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat

Handle inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and accurately

Become proficient in our company systems and processes to provide the best support

Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements

Fluency in Polish (written and spoken) is mandatory

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude

Ability to adapt to new technologies and remote working tools

Self-driven, proactive, and capable of managing time effectively

Eligible and willing to live and work (remotely) in Greece

No prior experience required, just a great attitude and a willingness to learn!
