We are looking for a Customer Care Agent to join the team for a 12 month fixed term contract.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Customer experience: first point of contact for customers via phone and email, delivering solutions-focused service
Problem solving: proactively resolve customer issues and challenges in a timely manner
Service delivery: respond to all customer queries relating to orders, deliveries and services in a timely manner
Work cross functionally: collaborate with teams across the business to ensure best in class customer service and support
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
Customer focused: customer experience is always top of mind and you are passionate about delivering best in class support
Confident communicator: able to communicate effectively with customer and internal stakeholders
Technology skills: good with Excel and able to learn new systems and processes
Analytical thinker: able to creatively problem solve
Organised: able to juggle multiple commitments and prioritise where needed
