This Construction Manager role presents an excellent opportunity to work on transformative residential and regeneration projects across Ireland. Reporting to a senior construction lead, you will be part of a growing, multidisciplinary development team and will play a key role in progressing projects through the construction phase, while also supporting earlier stages such as planning and detailed design.The role suits a technically strong and commercially aware professional who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and is motivated by delivering complex projects that make a meaningful contribution to housing supply and community development. Key Responsibilities

Lead the delivery of residential projects through the construction stage of the development lifecycle Support development colleagues during planning, detailed design and pre-construction stages Manage design teams from a technical, programme and budget perspective Plan, organise and direct all construction-related project activitiesLiaise with key stakeholders including local authorities, utilities, consultants and development partners Develop and manage project programmes, milestones and delivery schedules Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to required quality standards Manage main contractors and consultancy teams on large-scale construction projectsEnsure compliance with contractual obligations, planning conditions and best practice standards Oversee statutory approvals including Planning Permission, Fire Safety Certificates and Disability Access Certificates Monitor budgets, manage costs and provide regular project reporting Contribute to value engineering and cost-saving initiatives through design, planning and procurement strategiesWork closely with internal teams to progress projects through each development stage What You Will Need

A minimum of 5 years’ experience in construction or development management A recognised third-level qualification in construction, engineering, development or a related discipline Strong technical and commercial construction knowledge Excellent stakeholder and relationship management skills A strong understandingof the Irish planning, development and construction environmentExperience with public procurement processes (advantageous) An understanding of project viability and development economics (advantageous) What’s on Offer
