Job Description Our client, Moovmor Engineering Limited based in Kildare, Co. Kildare, is currently seeking Electrical Maintenance Technicians for immediate start at their facility in Kildare.

Annual remuneration:€36,605.00; Pay rate €18.05 per hour. Work Location: 31 Kildare Business Park, Melitta Road, Kildare, Co. Kildare, R51 FH63. Number of hours work each week: 39.

Qualifications

No minimum academic requirements. Training will be provided on-the-job.

Minimum of 2 years’ previous experience as an Electrical Maintenance Technician or similar.

No formal qualifications are required for this role.

Essential knowledge includes electrical components, control systems, electrical discharge, engineering drawings.

Knowledge of electrical testing methods, wiring diagrams, and electricity principles.

Previous experience in providing electrical maintenance within an industrial manufacturing or recycling machinery environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide preventive and reactive electrical maintenance to waste compaction and recycling machinery and equipment.

Work with electrical engineers to perform technical tasks and assist in the design, testing, manufacturing, operation and repair of electrical systems and industrial machinery.

Install, maintain and troubleshoot electrical installations, circuitry and control panels according to required specifications.

Monitor technical aspects of the installation, utilisation, maintenance and repair of electrical systems and equipment to ensure satisfactory performance and compliance with regulations.

Ensure material compliance, measure electrical characteristics and perform test runs.

Record test data, test electrical equipment and read technical drawings and blueprints.

Align components, apply soldering techniques, and adjust electrical and engineering systems.
