Practice Accountant / Senior Accountant– South Dublin / Hybrid A new Practice Accountant is needed to help develop a well‑established partner practice in South Dublin. This is a firm where you will obtain significant exposure to clients and a fast‑track career progression based on your ambition. Depending on experience gained, thesuccessful qualified Accountant will have a visible career path to director over time. The Opportunity

The main focus will be on accounts preparation and related advisory matters for clients across Greater Dublin

Zero auditing within the role

You will learn from and work closely with the Director and Partner

You will have direct responsibility for a portfolio of clients and build strong relationships.

The Requirements

Chartered Accountant - ACA or ACCA qualified.

Ideally practice and accounting experience from an Irish practice outside of the Top 10 firms

Practice trained and qualified (ideally 3-6 years PQE).

Significant Irish GAAP / FRS 102 Experience is essential.

Confident and competent in your audit skills from planning to completion

Excellent communication and people skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Remuneration

€60,000 – €65,000 base salary + attractive benefits package (based on your experience gained).

Flexible working hours.

Any 3 days per week in the office, two from home.

Expectation of promotion after 12 months with annual salary reviews.
