Your New Role
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be an integral part of our project management team, ensuring the financial and contractual aspects of our projects are managed effectively. Your key responsibilities will include:

Preparing and managing project budgets and cost plansConducting cost analysis and risk managementPreparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantitiesEvaluating and negotiating contracts with subcontractors and suppliersMonitoring project progress and preparing detailed financial reportsEnsuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirementsAdvising on procurement strategy and contractual mattersRequirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:

A minimum of 4 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industryStrong analytical and numerical skillsExcellent knowledge of construction costs, contracts, and procurement processesProven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlinesStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsRelevant qualifications in quantity surveying or a related fieldWhat You’ll Get in Return
