Relief Pharmacist - Dublin City Center, Dublin 1

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Relief Pharmacist to join the teams in our Dublin City Centre stores.

This is a 40 hour permanent position with the role primarily covering Allcare O'Connell Street, Allcare Ringsend, Killester, Merrion, Kerins and Rathfarnham, as well as some other adhoc stores.

These store has manageable items and services.

Responsibilities:

Ensuring that we consistently deliver the type of exceptional care that patients will tell their friends aboutAssist the Supervising Pharmacist in meeting operational standards and implementing company initiativesWork with the team to find care solutions for our customers and patientsAssist in the professional, clinical, ethical and financial running of the pharmacy in line with company and industry regulationsAssist in group healthcare and company / marketing eventsCommunicate with the team on business performance and new initiativesPartake in staff training events and encourage and support the development of the teamReport to the Pharmacist Regional Manager on store and employee performance

Requirements:

Must have PSI registration and hold a degree in PharmacyHave the ability to work under pressure and multi-taskMust be capable of working on own initiativeDrive business within the dispensary and storeAbility to communicate and get along with a variety of different personalitiesProactively drive excellence in customer service throughout the store at all times
