We are currently looking for an HR Business Partner, a "team strategist" who understands business and knows how to use HR tools to solve team problems. Tasks

Taking care of employees during periods of change and helping them adapt to new company initiatives Creating a positive atmosphere where everyone feels included in our corporate culture Sharing important knowledge and tools for working with employees with company managers Participating in mandatory corporate procedures when necessary Collaborating with other departments (GHRR, Accounting) to ensure harmonious work within the company 

Requirements

3+ years of experience in an HR position Advanced level of English You reside in Ireland and are willing to visit our Dublin office Knowledge and understanding of the specifics of Irish labor legislation Very strong communication and counseling skills (tactfulness, work ethic, and respect for confidential information) Ability to take initiative, stay organized, and work well in a team Ability to communicate and defend your point of view

Preferred 

Experience working for IT or product-based companies in Ireland Experience working on multinational teams (global teams) Knowledge of Russian
