Returns Administrator A well-established and high-volume wholesale distribution business is seeking a Returns Administrator to manage and streamline its returns process. This is a key position within a busy operation, ideal for someone who thrives on organisation, problem-solving, and delivering excellent service. Overview Youll act as the central point of control for all returns (RMAs), ensuring each case is handled efficiently from initial request through to resolution. Working cross-functionally with warehouse, transport, sales, and accounts teams, youll play a vital role in keeping operations running smoothly and customers informed. During quieter periods, youll also support the internal sales function, adding further variety and development to your role. Key Responsibilities Take full ownership of all RMAs from initiation to completion Log, track, and manage all return requests daily Validate claims including damages, shortages, and incorrect supply Liaise with warehouse and goods-in teams for inspections Coordinate collections with drivers where required Ensure all returns are processed within agreed timelines Maintain accurate documentation (PODs, images, notes) Update internal systems with clear and accurate records Communicate approved returns to accounts for credit processing Keep customers updated on return status Identify recurring issues and contribute to process improvements Support the sales team during quieter periods (calls, orders, stock queries) requirements Experience in a similar administrative or returns-focused role Highly organised with strong attention to detail Proactive, solutions-driven, and confident taking ownership Strong communication skills across teams and with customers Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working under pressure and to deadlines Familiar with ERP systems (Intact an advantage) Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office If you are living in Ireland and hold a VALID WORK PERMIT, we would love to hear from you if however, you do not hold a valid work permit unfortunately we will not be in a position to assist you with your job search.
