Legal PA - Commercial Litigation, Dublin

A fantastic opportunity to join one of the most exciting firms in Dublin. Working primarily for two Senior members of the Commercial Litigation team you will be joining a fast-paced department with a very active caseload. Dublin 2 offices – close to St Stephen’s Green Hybrid working environment

You will be experienced in Commercial Litigation – if this includes working with insurance, healthcare or medical litigation it would be advantageous.

Your duties will include:

Coordinating internal and external client meetings. Preparation of agendas and meeting papers. Organising travel arrangements including flights, hotels, taxis, after flight transfers. Organisation of visas and detailed itineraries. Utilising document production for the creation of all first draft documents according to house formatting style. Preparation of briefs, memos and documents ahead of court attendances. File management including closing of files, archiving and ensuring all relevant documents are filed electronically and in line with our file management best practice. Complex billing process including creating standard bills, disbursements, amending narratives and raising credit notes Understanding the client matter opening, client reporting and client balances processes

In order to be considered you will have:

3-4 years’ experience as a Legal PA in Commercial Litigation. Strong working knowledge of MS Office suite, billing systems and document management software. Good verbal and written communication skills
