Construction Project Manager, Dublin

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver projects safely to the required quality standard while meeting programme and budget targets.
• Plan and coordinate construction activities, managing multiple contractors and subcontractors to optimise project flow and on-site delivery.
• Collaborate with design teams, both in-house and external, to ensure constructability and alignment between design intent and site execution.
• Champion site safety, enforcing high standards and promoting a proactive safety culture across all projects.
• Manage site quality control during execution to meet end-user requirements and project specifications.
• Complete project close-out, including snagging, compilation of O&M manuals, and formal handover to operations.
• Work with the commercial team to control costs and deliver projects within allocated budgets.
• Support procurement and tendering, providing technical input to quantity surveyors during tender reviews, contractor selection, and package negotiations.
• Represent Sensori at site meetings across regions and engage with external consultants and stakeholders to progress works.
• Maximise development value while maintaining high-quality design and build standards.

Education and Experience

• Minimum 5 years' relevant experience managing construction projects, including responsibility for site safety, quality control, and coordination of multiple contractors.
