Initially a 2 year fixed-term contract, there may be an opportunity to go permanent in this role.

Your new role
Reporting to a Finance & Controlling Manager, you will join a team of 4 people and your role will involve finance business partnering, working on strategic pricing, month-end close and plenty of budgeting, forecasting and financial planning. Your duties will include:

Delivering analysis and insight on various matters, providing options and scenarios for business decisions and presenting to senior management on sameUnderstanding the cost drivers across the business, building strong relationships with non-financial stakeholders to truly get an understanding, and offering up cost-saving solutionsPreparing monthly management accounts, sales reports, monthly board pack slides Detailed variance analysis on budgeting and forecastingSignificant input to quarterly forecast cycleProactively identify & implement process improvements to enhance efficiency & improve accuracy in the forecasting processPricing review by brand and modelsPrepare inputs for monthly pricing committee meetings including product analysis & review performance compared to budgetCreating and implementing enhanced pricing standardisation process flows for existing and new product requirementsAssist with Business Intelligence tool developments and implementations, automate BI and data where possibleLiaise with internal and external auditorsReporting and monitoring of €1.2 billion contract portfolioAd-hoc reporting and financial analysis for senior managementOngoing continuous improvement of processes and systems, be a superstar that does this without being asked and present solutions to senior management
What you'll need to succeed
The idea Finance Business Partner for this role:Newly qualified accountant (or finalist) with financial services or banking experienceExperience with SAP CO (implementation experience a plus)Experience with BI tools a must-have (PowerBI, Alteryx or Tableau)Personable individual who builds relationships really well
