???? The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and results-focused HR Business Partner to join the leadership team. This role is based in Limerick with responsibility spanning multiple service locations across Limerick. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping and guiding strategic HR initiatives, while offering expert advice in all areas of employee relations. While the role has national scope, it includes a regional travel remit and flexibility through a hybrid work structure.

Working closely with service managers and department leads across various disciplines, you'll be instrumental in aligning HR practices with organisational goals and providing leadership and coaching to teams on employment law and best-in-class HR operations.

A Master's degree in Human Resources or a related disciplineAt least 5 years' recent senior-level HR experience (Public Sector)Strong expertise in Employee and Industrial RelationsProven track record of working in a unionised environmentIn-depth knowledge of current Irish employment legislationStrong leadership capabilities with the ability to influence at all levelsExcellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management skillsBehavioural competencies at Level 3 of the organisation's internal framework
