Your New Role

As a Contracts Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing all contracts related to our construction projects. You will ensure that all contractual obligations are met, risks are mitigated, and projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Your key responsibilities will include:
Preparing and negotiating contracts with stakeholdersAdministering contracts and ensuring complianceManaging change orders and resolving disputesIdentifying and mitigating potential risksMonitoring project costs and optimising resource allocationEnsuring adherence to contractual specifications and industry standardsEstablishing and maintaining strong relationships with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
A minimum of 3–5 years of experience as a Contracts Manager in the construction industryStrong knowledge of construction contracts, legal terms, and industry-specific regulationsExcellent negotiation and communication skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesProven ability to manage multiple contracts and meet deadlinesAttention to detail and strong organisational skillsLeadership and team management experienceRelevant qualifications in construction management, law, or a related fieldWhat You'll Get in Return
