Our journey of learnability, values and trusted relationships with our clients continue to be the cornerstones of our organization and these values are upheld only because of our people.Your RoleAs a Sr Project Manager, you will be responsible for the end to end steering, execution, and governance of a large Retail / Wholesale / Grocery SAP transformation program programs involving multiple functional modules and process which includes Strategy to Assortment, Demand to Fulfil, Source to Pay, Order to Cash, Store Operations & Record to Report.You will serve as the single point of accountability for program outcomes, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives, disciplined execution, high quality, and transparent governance across global, regional, and workstream teams.Key Responsibilities Provide overall program steerage, ensuring delivery aligns with agreed business vision, roadmap, and objectives.Drive end to end execution across all phases: Discover, Design, Build, Test, Deploy, and Stabilize.Ensure alignment with business strategy, digital roadmap, and enterprise architecture.Ensure seamless coordination across functional, technical, and vendor teams.Stakeholder & Executive management where act as primary contact between C‑level executives, business leaders, and delivery teams.Design and operationalize program governance, including Steering Committee, Program Management Office (PMO), Architecture & Integration Boards.Define governance cadence, decision frameworks, and escalation paths.Govern design decisions, scope changes, and deviations with structured approvals.Define program scope, timelines, budgets, resource plans, and quality targets.Monitor status, risks, dependencies, and track overall program health.Define and enforce a robust Quality Assurance framework across all workstreams and ensure continuous improvement in delivery effectiveness and transparency.Manage program financials, including Budget planning, tracking, and forecasting.Manage vendor contracts, SOWs, and delivery commercials.Lead cutover planning, deployment readiness, go-live decisioning, and business sign‑offs.Ensure smooth hypercare delivery and transition to AMS or Business‑As‑Usual (BAU).Partner with OCM teams to ensure communication, training, and business readiness.Coordinate across global teams and offshore/onshore delivery models.SkillsMust haveEperience managing & leading large, complex SAP enterprise programsProven experience as a Program Manager for SAP transformationsStrong expertise in:oProgram governanceoRisk & issue managementoBudget & resource managementoStakeholder communicationoExecutive reportingoVendor/partner managementStrong governance, financial, and stakeholder management skillsExperience leading global, multi vendor delivery modelsExperience with Agile/Hybrid delivery frameworksExcellent communication, executive presence, and conflict-resolution skillsAbility to lead culturally diverse teams across geographiesStrong decision-making, negotiation, and influencing capabilitiesHigh level of ownership, accountability, and strategic thinkingNice to haveExperience with RISE with SAP – Private Cloud programsExperience in Retail / Wholesale GrocerySAP Project Management certification OverviewInfosys is a global leader in next-generation digital services and consulting.
