Roles and Responsibilities

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Planning and Implementing Curriculum: Designing daily, developmentally appropriate, play-based, and educational activities. Observing and Assessing Development: Using observation strategies to track milestones, identify needs, and document progress for individual children. Ensuring Health and Safety: Maintaining a secure, hygienic, and nurturing environment. Building Partnerships with Families: Communicating with parents to provide feedback on their childs day and development. Supporting Emotional and Social Growth: Fostering independence, self-confidence, and positive behavior. Professional Development: Engaging in continuous learning to stay updated on best practices and regulations. Managing Transitions: Assisting children with changes in routines (e.g., arrival, moving between activities).

The successful candidate must have
