Description
Our client is a well established business with a reputation for quality in their industry, they are expereiencing huge growth and have a new requirement for an accounts assistant to support thier growth. Reporting to the Financial Director, you will take ownership for the Accounts Payable and Receivable activities along with supporting across other areas in finance. Responsibilities will include: Manage full AP process including Setting up supplier accounts Dealing with supplier queries Supplier reconciliations Review month-end PL reports and resolve related queries Monthly close Bank reconciliations and bank account management Journal postings Ownership of debtors ledger Daily allocation of incoming payments Credit Control Management of aged debtors and escalating where necessary Assisting with projects and process improvements Other ad-hoc duties as required Ideal candidate requirements: Similar experience in a high volume environment Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work in a team environment Excellent organisation skills Strong administration skills Ability to work under pressure Ability to multitask Interested in this role?
