Description

As a key member of our Integration Management Office (IMO), you will play a central role in delivering multiple strategic integrations across our expanding multinational platform. You will work closely with executive and functional leaders from firms joining the platform to ensure that integrations are executed efficiently, deliver value, and preserve cultural alignment.

This is a hands-on role requiring strong project management, structured thinking, and the ability to operate in fast-paced, cross-border environments. You will work alongside the Integration Director and senior leadership to define integration strategies, set the “drumbeat” for execution, and manage dependencies across functions such as Finance, People & Culture, Operations, Technology, and Risk & Legal.

This role is a dynamic position and will give you an opportunity to travel, learn new cultures and create a truly differentiated integrated professional services firm.

Key Responsibilities:

Pre-Merger Integration Planning

Partner with the transaction team during due diligence to identify key integration considerations and ensure they are factored into the deal process.

Develop detailed Day 1 and 120-day plans, governance structures, milestones, and deliverables.

Prepare and adapt integration playbooks, templates, and dashboards to support consistent delivery.

Establish integration reporting, flash updates, and risk/issue logs in line with IMO standards.

Post-Merger Integration

Act as Integration Project Manager for assigned transactions, ensuring seamless execution and continuity from pre- to post-close.

Lead cross-functional teams to align on milestones, manage interdependencies, and track progress against defined KPIs.

Drive synergy identification and capture — including operational improvements, collaboration wins, and process optimisation.

Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.

Support the Global Head of Integration and platform leadership with regular reporting, pulse checks, and issue resolution.

Post-Acquisition Issue Resolution

Manage and resolve post-closing matters such as legal or financial adjustments, surplus assets, earn-outs, and integration-related risks.

Establish processes and ownership for ongoing monitoring and resolution of post-acquisition issues.

Conduct post-integration reviews to capture lessons learned and recommend improvements to future integrations.

Transformation & Continuous Improvement

Support broader transformation initiatives across the platform, leveraging integration insights to improve governance, systems, and ways of working.

Champion cultural integration and change management activities to embed shared values and promote collaboration across geographies.

People are at the heart of our business and teams built with varied backgrounds, racial differences, cultures, sexual orientations, religious orientations, ages, gender identities, abilities and family types present diverse viewpoints, which need to be heard and valued.

We are excited to see the personality and perspectives you will bring to our team because we know we will all benefit from them. Diversity of thought, background and experience enables better decision-making, improves the quality of our delivery, and helps us to meet the needs of our clients. Our firm is built on people and their ideas, so we want to hear all the new perspectives and fresh thinking you have to offer. You form the bedrock of our firm’s best-practice principles and we will champion you as leaders from day one.

We want to create a culture of recognition and celebrating success, by saying thank you to people who surpass our expectations and recognising the right values and behaviours. Our recognition scheme is our way of highlighting and promoting achievements. Whether you simply want to say thank you, celebrate a special occasion or give an award for doing something exceptional, you can do all of this and more through the scheme.
