Job Title: Senior Data Analytic Solutions Advisor
Location: Dublin (Hybrid)
Type: 12-Month Daily Rate Contract
Rate: €600/day
Eligibility: Irish Citizens or Stamp 4 holders only

About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Analytic Solutions Advisor to drive innovative analytic solutions within the Payment Integrity (PI) domain. This is a high-impact individual contributor role focused on Data Mining and Recoveries (DMRO), working closely with Operations, Product, and Technology teams to identify opportunities, define strategic roadmaps, and oversee the execution of advanced analytics initiatives.

You’ll play a key role in designing and promoting analytics that solve real business problems—delivering measurable savings, operational efficiency, and actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain the analytics strategy and roadmap for Payment Integrity
• Identify new opportunities to leverage data for business savings and performance improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute analytic programs
• Oversee and manage complex analytic initiatives across the PI lifecycle
• Translate analytic results into actionable business recommendations
• Support internal communication and stakeholder engagement through clear data storytelling
• Advocate for the adoption of advanced analytics (Machine Learning, GenAI, Agentic AI, etc.)

Ideal Candidate:
• Strong experience in analytics strategy, stakeholder management, and performance reporting
• Background in analytics, data science, or similar roles in a high-pressure, matrixed environment
• Excellent communication and influencing skills – able to ‘tell the story’ behind data
• Ability to manage ambiguity, prioritise deliverables, and drive initiatives forward independently
• Knowledge of the US healthcare system (Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial) and Payment Integrity is a plus
• Familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies preferred
