What does my day-to-day look like in this position?

Proactively engage with existing and new clients Handle broking, placement, processing, and administering tasks Responsibilities include renewals, mid-term adjustments, claims, and new business Issuing renewal documentation and ensuring policy retention Providing motor, home, marine, and travel insurance quotations for new business Servicing policies and handling mid-term alterations Ensuring timely payment of premiums Achieving personal lines renewal income and new business targets Generating leads for other business lines when possible Dealing with client queries and delivering excellent customer service Managing own portfolio of clients Adhering to Central Bank regulations at all times

What experience is required for this position?

Minimum 2 years of experience in Personal Lines APA Personal, CIP or Grandfathered and fully CPD compliant Excellent knowledge of Personal Lines Market Superior organizational skills Strong problem-solving abilities Attention to detail
