Looking for a senior, hands-on HR role with flexibility?A well-established Dublin-based interiors company is seeking a Senior HR Executive to work closely with the HR Director in a standalone HR role. This part-time position (3 days/week) offers autonomy, variety, and the opportunity to make a real impact across employee relations, compliance, recruitment, and HR administration.You’ll be the go-to HR professional for senior stakeholders, helping to shape HR practices and drive consistent, people-focused processes across the business.

Key Responsibilities

Manage HR administration across the full employee lifecycle Draft and maintain contracts of employment, policies, and HR documentation Coordinate internal recruitment / end-to-end hiring processes Support onboarding, probation reviews, and offboarding Maintain accurate employee records and ensure GDPR compliance Ensure alignment with Irish Employment Law and HR best practice Act as a first point of contact for employee relations queries Support performance management processes Assist with reporting, audits, and HR projects

Skills & Experience

Proven experience in a Senior HR Administrator, HR Executive, or HR Manager role Strong working knowledge of Irish Employment Law and HR compliance Experience managing recruitment and employee relations processes Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills CIPD qualification desirable
