One of Ireland’s largest financial companies with over 200 locations nationwide, which provides a diverse range of services in banking, financial and related services, is currently seeking a Environmental Project Manager official at Central Park.

Your new role

Lead the planning and execution of a company-wide “greening retail” project Manage project budgets, timelines, and risks effectively.Implement a light project management structure to environmental strategic initiatives Monitor and report on project progress.Stay informed on relevant environmental/sustainability trends and best practices to inform strategyIdentify and engage with internal/external stakeholders to ensure project success. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate environmental considerations into broader project goals Develop and implement staff engagement campaigns to ensure success of related environmental projects. Create and implement KPIs to measure environmental impact and engagement success Coordinate sustainability champions or green teams across retail networkRecommend process improvementsAssist with carbon footprint reporting and development

What you'll need to succeed

Degree in Environmental Studies, Sustainability, Communications, Project Management, or related field is preferred.Experience managing projects, preferably in sustainability, employee engagement, or change managementAbility to coordinate across teams and translate project goals into practical actionsExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsAbility to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and strategic oversightProficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
