We are looking for a Centre Attendant to join our team at sites in locations like Tyrrelstown, Baldoyle, and Swords ,Co Dublin

Shift Pattern Monday - Sunday ( 20/35 Hours per week on average)

Main duties and responsibilities:

Act as point of contact for Centre Enquiries. Provide a welcome and warm environment to all customers and visitors Being a key holder and responsible for opening/closing of Centre safely and securely in line with the Centres’ procedures Working with the Centre Manager/Centre Supervisor to ensure all Environmental, Health and Safety guidelines and met and maintained Maintaining security of the premises in line with the Centre’s procedures. Answer the telephone and maintain and ensure that all messages are dealt with efficiently in a polite and friendly manner Ensuring all Clients sign in and out of the building and recording footfall. Leaflets/flyers/timetables etc. must be always kept plentiful and up to date at reception. General Maintenance/Cleaning Duties of Centre and Grounds Prepare invoices for all user groups and send out at the end of each month. Set up rooms as required Ensure all accidents/ incidents are dealt with and recorded in a timely and accurate manner Be fully familiar with the health and safety policies and procedures Ensure that the appropriate procedures are applied in the event of an emergency/ Participate in all fire evacuation drills

Requirements:

Flexibility in working hours to meet the needs of the Centre(s). Experience in a similar role Excellent communication skills, both written and oral. Be computer literate. Have a positive, friendly, outgoing disposition and display a ‘can do’ attitude. Full driving licence and own transport an advantage. Must have a proven work and attendance record.
