Legal PA - Commercial Property, Dublin

With business at an all-time high, this team of experts need an experienced Property Legal Secretary to join their expanding team! Providing full support in this busy practice, you will be working closely with a team of Real Estate Solicitors who are responsible for offering an array of services to clients including assisting with the purchase and sale of property; high volume development matters; commercial property transactions; leasing and providing property related advice.

Your duties will include:
File management including assisting with Conveyancing files
Diary management
Preparation and editing of documentation and correspondence (using track changes)
Extensive client liaison
Dictaphone typing
Monthly billing
Conducting searches and enquiries
Ad hoc duties as required

This role will suit someone who is an experienced Property Legal Secretary (min 3-4 years) with prior experience in Property law who thrives in a busy team. A flexible approach, "can-do" attitude and sound knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite is a must, as is fast and accurate typing.
