About the Role:
This is a permanent HR Business Partner position supporting the business unit with strategic and operational HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with leadership on people strategies Manage full employee lifecycle Coach managers on performance & probation Lead talent and succession planning Oversee HR metrics and pay reviews Handle disciplinary matters Support HR process improvements

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in a HR Business Partner or senior HR role. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Resilient, confident, and adaptable in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Experience with HR systems such as Advanced HR or similar platforms. Relevant third-level qualification in HRM, Business, or related field. CIPD membership is advantageous but not essential.
